We arrived in the middle of the night and the owners were waiting for us despite it being very very late. It was a cold night and they had turned on the heating for us before our arrival and it was very nice. The breakfast was so much food we couldn't finish everything :) The owners were very nice people, i would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hosts who met us on arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony and we had a fantastic breakfast with an array of delicoius food and some home made Chacha. This was all enjoyed sitting on a timer veranda in the garden. Lovely, peaceful spot within a 10 minute walk of the centre and the cave city.

The location is as good as it can get. it closed to the caves. host don't speak English but communicate well. they have inhouse restaurant, it near the river, we really enjoyed

Everything is great. Location is great, near river and on the half way to Varzdia. Breakfast is amazing too. Recommend this guesthouse for everyone.

I loved my stay. It's a charming place surrounded by nature. The breakfast is very generous and tasty, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and there's parking available. It was a beautiful stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Georgi the son of the owners took us on a horse ride that was the most amazing experience I had. The owner provided us with breakfast and dinner even on short notice. I would highly recommend staying there and looking forward to come back soon.
