"A Perfect Oasis in Vardzia Valley - Truly Exceptional!" Our stay at Guesthouse Tsiskari in Vardzia Valley was nothing short of perfect. Traveling with our family of six (including children aged 5-18), we arrived from Armenia and stayed overnight, perfectly positioned to visit the incredible cave monastery the next day. The location in the valley is simply beautiful, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are new and comfortable. What truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts – they are genuinely wonderful people who made us feel incredibly welcome. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and were amazed that literally everything served was home-grown and prepared fresh. The food was not only delicious but also a true taste of authentic Georgian hospitality. If our itinerary had allowed for even one more day, we would have absolutely loved to spend it here. Guesthouse Tsiskari is highly recommended for anyone visiting Vardzia!

Great place, clean and comfortable, among nature at short walking distance from the caves. Great hosts. Georgi and Dariajan honor people of Georgia with their lovely hospitality spirit and made us feel at home. Great food (Dariajan could open a restaurant 😊) with products from the garden… Absolutely delicious. Many thanks for these nice moments that will stay in our memory. The host, Natalie, went the extra mile by picking me up as the place was a bit challenging to find at night. Despite my late arrival, I was warmly welcomed with tea and fresh fruits. The spacious and spotlessly clean room provided a comfortable retreat. The highlight was the homemade Georgian-style breakfast with incredibly fresh ingredients, notably the creamy milk. Natalie and her family's warm-hearted and thoughtful hospitality made the stay truly memorable. I'm eager to return, as this guesthouse offers an authentic taste of Georgian culture and a top-notch stay.

An oasis of peace and quiet in a wonderfully inspiring and picturesque place. the house, which I could boldly call my temporary Georgian home, is a place for meetings and conversations conducted by the extremely kind Mariam, who is the personification of hospitality, goodness and cordiality. It serves here an insane cuisine based on the best homemade products we have had the opportunity to taste. Melting tirebi, delicious breakfasts and dinners from hand, and above all, heart. Perfection and refinement in the healthiest form. I recommend it with all my heart as a place you miss right after saying "see you later". Cozy, naturally, a "real" home.
