The view is incredible, morning coffee with a view of the sea is something that has no price. Beach is a few meters from the building, peace and quiet. Apartment has everything you need, it is very well equipped and very clean. The owner is very kind and accommodating, he explained everything we were interested in, we had very good communication. We didn't even knew before about this place, but it's fascinating. The best price for the value. We will come again!!! Thank you for everything.

We had an excellent experience! The house was very clean and peaceful, located just a few steps from the beach. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and you can truly enjoy the nature and tranquility around. Our stay was absolutely perfect, we needed quick a place to sleep as the boat were not running from Kilini to Kefalonia due to bad weather. Everything is great. We accidentally booked the hotel because we had to evacuate due to the fire in Patras. The room appeared that morning and we decided quickly. We booked a room with one bed. But surprise. We got a room with two beds. Everything was clean, nice and the air conditioning was on! The reception was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. When we returned from the beach, we felt a pleasant smell in the room. In the meantime, the room was cleaned, the bed linen was changed, the bathroom was wiped down, new towels and water were left. We were delighted.

I was traveling with my baby from Athens to Zante. I knew that I would make it on time with the ferry, so I booked this stay for the two of us. although that we arrived late, everything was ready for us. I needed to feed my baby, and I got some food from the other apartments that also have a restaurant. that was very near. once we got up in the room, they even had a mini bar!!! the apartment was super spacious and clean. after driving for 6 hours due to heavy traffic, I was very pleased to arrive in such a lovely apartment. we only stayed for about 6 hours. cause our ferry was leaving at 7:45, but I’d definitely do this again if I have too

We had a very good vacation here, thank you Nikos for everything! Rooms are big, beds are comfortable, the house is clean and it was quite during our summer vacation. The house is located in a small village in the area of agricultures but if you want to go shopping, the city of Patra is 25 minutes by car.
