So I had a bit of a nightmare getting into India first as I applied late for my visa (my fault) 🙃 then had delayed flights and arrived super late (2am) I felt so bad but Rish (the manager) was an absolute legend and went out of his way to make sure I not only got to the hostel safe and sound but got my taxi driver to find some food for me before arriving and getting his friend to let me in! He helped me so much along the way with any questions and has been super friendly. The people I’ve met at the hostel have been absolute gems too we all settled in effortlessly and had such a nice time. The hostel is tucked away on a river which is super relaxing and surrounded by nature. It has a real nice vibe about it I would definitely recommend coming to stay here if you’re visiting Kochi :)

Liara Haven is a magical little gem. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the location and accessibility to services like Aster Medcity. We enjoyed the comfortable spacious room that was tidy and clean. You can sit at the rivers edge to enjoy a drink or dinner and watch the activities on the river. The hosts are exceptional and went out of their way to help us for anything we needed. The best part was the river view from the room. The gardens are lovely and paths are well thought out. Thank you Liara Haven and we wish you all the best.❤️

Justin, Litty and their beautiful family are the most lovely, attentive and friendly hosts. From the day we booked until the moment we left they made us feel so comfortable and happy. Litty prepared delicious food for breakfast and even for dinner on the day we arrived as we were too tired to go out. The rooms are immaculately clean and very well equipped with a fridge and kettle. We borrowed bikes from the family to explore the local area and had great fun doing so. We can highly recommend a stay at Bethesda Inn.

Special boutique hotel, with style, history, and great staff. Food quality, flavour and presentation at dinner and breakfast both excellent. Fabulous location on quaint street near synagogue and Palace. As street is pedestrianized, manager personally met our car at the end of the street and ensured everything was taken care of. Same at departure. Room or, should I say, Gallery was a work of art. Not your average hotel room. Bed was the most comfortable we've had in 3 weeks in India. All in all a memorable experience - shame it was only for one night!

My first impression was not the best, the guy sitting in the reception had a hard time smiling and when I asked him questions he made feel like I was a burden?? Luckily the rest of the staff was super friendly and chill especially Gokul made my stay truly special. He was really friendly and helpful guy. He told me all the good places to go visit and eat he even brought my newly wash laundry to my room. When a had to leave to wrote down my travel plan to munnar. The hostel itself has really good facilities and is nice and clean
