Breakfast has vegetables! Unlike cold salad, the vegetables that includes mushrooms,pepper and zucchini serve as a hot dish makes the breakfast more healthy and yummy. The staff in reception is attentive, informative, professional in handling situations, smiling, friendly and yet efficient. Secret lagoon is in walking distance. The hotel is quite central for visiting most main spots. It's nicely decorated. The room is spacious. The bathroom is warm and well-equipped. One of the tea flavour in the room is ginger! It's rare in most hotels but this really makes me feel special. In such a cold weather I can make a hot ginger tea after a long drive in such snowy weather. I also heard that there was northern light last night!

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, so for me, this was the best accommodation we had in Iceland. Sure enough, I am aware that not everybody will find this perfect, but for us it was. In fact, I liked it so much that now I want to build my own cottage at home :)

Everything! Beautiful well appointed farm house and felt like we were walking into someone's full-time home. So many personal touches from the bed spreads to the dishes in the kitchen. We had more than what we needed, and loved that there were horses all around the property. You can tell the hostess cares a great deal about making your stay memorable. Very cozy and nice place to stay. The cottage has everything you need and more. The location is great, since you are staying pretty much on the Golden Circle. This place was the highlight of our stay.
