The apartment is located in a nice historical villa, very close to the train station and to Herkulaneum. There was a nice private parking. The contact with the owner was very good, she was very helpful, provided clear instructions about check in, and also lots of other practical information about Ercolano and other places nearby 😀

Very well equipped (coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, dryer, etc.), stylish, nicely furnished, clean apartment, the hosts are very nice. 😀We were satisfied with everything. Parking was free on the street + the owner also provided a garage. If we come to Naples, we will return. 😊

We were absolutely spoilt for choice on what house to choose, we are so glad that we booked this one. The host was very quick to communicate and wad VERY helpful, he was so accommodating. The property was very well located, close to the train station, secure parking and a very comfy chair outside. It was moden and very well decorated. He made sure that we got to and from the train station ok and he couldn't of been more helpful. It suited our family perfectly with 2 adults and 2 children, we would of stayed here longer. It had everything we needed and more. Even down to providing us with a barbecue and their was water in the fridge. We have no hesitation recommending this property.

The property was lovely, some people said in reviews it’s outdated but we personally thought it was fine and nice. The ac systems are in every room and we’re a god send for the heat. The terrace was absolutely lovely. Really wasn’t expecting such great views but the view really was incredible. Sergio, the owner, is possibly one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met. He was so good to us, provided us with spare duvets for comfort and even brought a BBQ for us to use on the terrace to celebrate the end of our research projects at the end of our trip. A very lovely man and a lovely place.

    The hotel is quite nice much bigger than we thought. We were 1st offered a room with no window in the roof space! We requested to move. We were given a nicer room in the garden with small terrace. Breakfast was quite extensive, self service, sitting on terrace. Pool area was nice with bar. Beds and shade. Location is a bit scruffy. Street is difficult to walk along as traffic, high pavement, rubbish and dog mess! Some good places to eat about 15 min walk away.

    good breakfast, a nice location if you want to be close to Vesuvio. Close to nature and I could stay with my dog. Very nice owner who without speaking English could explain everything we needed.

    Great location, fantastic room with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Napoli and Capri, really pleasant and clean rooms, huge swimming pool, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with a 5 year old and lots of luggage and a pet, this was one of the nicest places we stayed in Europe.

    Big pool area and loads of pebble beach space. Breakfast options were excellent and the staff made the coffee on fresh on order. The reception ladies were wonderful and spoke good English. They are dog friendly which was very important for me.
