Beautiful garden, fantastic atmosphere in the middle of the nature. Singing birds, cute sheep, away of noisy cars, smell of jasmin by the pool side, picnic in the shade of trees and lavender, butterflies everywhere... its a little paradise. We stayed 3 nights, but couldnt have enough.

The apartment was super nice and clean, good size including queen bad and a sofa bed plus front yard and backyard .. the owner was really nice allowing as to check in before the time , coffee and Thea available for breakfast with a choice of some sweet stuff to enjoy with.. and all this was cheaper than a hotel ..

It is very difficult to pinpoint what I liked, and the reason is that everything was amazing. But let's just summarize several aspects: (1) The host - Maria and her husband are so polite and nice people, sharing all the information and providing everything that you need. They are doing a magnificent job providing people a wonderful Tuscan experience. (2) The accommodation - A splendid Tuscan house, with a amazing garden (and also a pool), and suited furniture. The bed was comfortable, and the room size was perfect. The overall scenery is rather spectacular with all the little details. (3) The breakfast - actually is more like a open bar breakfast like in the big hotels, with everything that you need (not just sweet things typically for Italians, but also cheese, ham, and vegetables). (4) The cleanliness was perfect! Overall, I believe to be one of the best B&B from all my travels.

    The location is amazing, bellisima, and up in the hills with a stunning view. The flat was a good size with an outdoor eating area. I swam in the pool every day. The owner is lovely, very kind. Full recycle and compost facilities. Only 10 mins drive to main railway, with free car parking, straight into Florence. £20 return. Went for the MotoGp at Mugello and easy to park up in Scarperia and walk 15 mins to circuit. Would definitely book again.
