The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It offers a very pleasant environment, cleanliness, beautiful common areas, very friendly and kind staff. We did not miss anything in the shared kitchen and every morning a delicious breakfast was waiting for us. Alessandro as the owner is a very friendly and helpful guy and what I appreciate, with a sense of humor :-) The accommodation offers an excellent location, whether for visiting the nearby beach or exploring the surroundings of Rimini. The whole family was extremely satisfied with this accommodation.

Very nice garden with pool. In all areas very dignified and extremely beautiful furnishings. Large room overlooking the pool and garden. Breakfast very good. Very friendly staff who gave us a good recommendation for dinner, including a reservation. Easy and safe parking.

We had a very pleasant stay close to Cattolica: a great choice for a stopover on our way to Southern Italy. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and offered at a very reasonable price. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly, greeting us with warm smiles and even surprising us with a delicious homemade pie, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated after a long drive. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay, made even better by the kindness of the owners. Highly recommended for travelers passing through the area.

Everything. Fabulous apartment in an amazing location, only 15 metres from the ocean/beach. Modern and spotless clean with amazing air conditioning and 2 beautiful balconies. Staff, when needed, were always helpful. Only sorry, we were staying for 3 nights.

We were placed in a seperate building to the main hotel because we had older children and it was a bit quieter. It was actually better for us to be away from too many small children. Breakfast was included and pool area was entertaining. Close to beaches and restaurants. Market stalls in streets nearby at night. Air conditioning worked great too.

This hotel is in a convenient location—just steps from the beach, close to restaurants, and very near a supermarket. The balcony is a lovely touch, and the breakfast is plentiful. The waitress kindly insisted on bringing me an espresso from the kitchen, which was a sweet and thoughtful gesture.

Great location, right in the heart of Misano and just a couple steps away from restaurants, cafes, the beach. About 5-10 minutes on foot to the next Supermarket. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice! I'd go and stay here again anytime.
