We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

Apartment was well maintained and very clean. Hosts provided timely communication and gave great recommendations for restaurants around Modena. You can tell they are very proud of their place as well as the city. Great location, very central. We would definitely stay at Sant'Eufemia again. Will highly recommend to other guests.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay. It is even better than shown in the photographs. It’s is comfortable and warm with good WiFi. The location is excellent, on the edge of the historic Centre with lovely restaurants on the doorstep and easy walking to everything. There is a bus stop outside as well as parking. Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back to stay.

This property was stunning! A very attentive host available to message at any time! The apartment it’s self was beautiful, clean modern and a breathe of fresh air in a bustling street! The apartment is located in the heart of Modena, in a quiet street, on the 5th floor- there is a small lift. It was big enough to accommodate our family of four. It's decorated in a lovely artsy style that makes you feel like you are home. There is a living room with a big table, two double bedrooms, a tiny but sweet kitchen with a small table for two (great to enjoy that Lambrusco in the afternoon ;)). There is a long bathroom with a shower. And even a balcony where you can enjoy the sound of the church bells. The hosts were very helpful- I couldn't locate the iron and received the response in no time. Altogether great place, I highly recommend it!
