I loved this place! 😊 Located in the middle of nowhere but this is what we were looking for, without car it would not be so accessible that's why please have it in mind. Lovely owner - we were able to communicate even though I do not speak Italian and she does not speak English. Delicious breakfasts, also not sweet ones what is really appreciated for people from East Europe but home made pastry is worth eating (and those chocolate cookies with meat were incredible). If you're looking for some chillout and relax this is your place, and quite near there is a restaurant where you can eat some pizza or pasta.

Very pleasant stay. The property was so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, even though a bit difficult to find it for the first time, but love the quiet environment.     The buffet breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The soundproofing was good and needed to be as hotel located right on a highway behind a filling station! It would be OK if it was an airport hotel or if you were passing through on business and needed a comfortable place to stay for the night but not as a holiday hotel. One good thing is fresh water available freely in all the corridors. The staff were helpful and courteous but couldn't make up for our disappointment. I cannot understand why this hotel is so well reviewed.

    Amazing value for money. Modern interior, clean room, friendly staff and private underground parking. On top of all that the place is dog friendly. For my personal needs this checks all the boxes. There is a coffe machine in the room for an espresso in the morning and a tea kettle. Additionally a tap and glass bottle to refill free filtered cold water in the hallway. (even sparkling) Check in/check out was quick and easy.

    Very odd location - right behind the Esso petrol station but couldn’t fault it - nice pool - good room and a Nespresso machine! Breakfast slightly unexciting but you can’t have it all. Easy drive down into Modica and lots of parking (only pay the meter after 4 in the afternoon). Unbeatable price for the nights stay.

    Very petite but nicely decorated and furnished room on the top floor, over looking the cathedral square. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast, which is provided by Cafe di Duomo; the staff at the cafe were very friendly and helpful. The location is nice, with good views from the small balcony. The cathedral bells don't ring through the night and they only start again at 8am in case you are worried about being disturbed!
