The hosts were amazing and their family is beautiful. They offered snacks and tea and coffee for breakfast. They were very helpful in showing us around Battambang. There was aircon in the room which was good for the price. And even though the shower was quite small the water was powerful and hot

The hospitality, kindness and availability of the hosts Anut and John made our stay perfect. They offer to share their breakfast with them at the local market and they make us discover the daily life of the Khmers in Battambang. They have their hearts on their sleeve and provide support to the surrounding populations. Anut is a very good cook and we loved tasting her great dishes. Little bonus on the last evening with a nice karaoke in the company of John. Thank you again for this stay, we will recommend you to all those who go to Battambang.

Beautiful, calm, quiet and airy hotel with a lovely foyer and garden area. Rooms were simply decorated yet very comfortable and relaxing. staff were friendly and helpful. location was within east walking distance of the small centre.

The place is great! The villa is so big. The community is safe and peaceful. The house is well maintained.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. I felt comfortable and very welcome. I had a really nice room with a balcony over the pool and garden area. The pool is wonderful. I definitely would stay again.
