The room had an amazing view and a very big and comfie bed! The restaurant and the Cafe placed inside were very good with a variety of food and a nice environment to work or chill. Also, really close to the metro station! Being pet friendly was also a plus, although we didn't have our dog with us.

Very clean, great location - it was quiet while still being near the station and lively parts of Gangnam. Lots of coffee shops and a really nice bakery nearby too. Owner sent clear and easy to follow instructions on checking in and out, and responded quickly to questions. Overall, great stay.

The accommodation is super modern with great, clean facilities. The host communicated everything well and I was able to find the property easily. It's in central Gangnam, so really perfect location for KSPO dome, Lotte World, Han River parks and any appointments you have there. The bed is really comfy too. I'll happily stay there again. so cozy! the location was near restaurants and a subway station. there were free noodles, coffee (KANU machine) and rice as well. The TV was huge and the bed was very cozy. Soundproofing was good as well.

I chose this accommodation primarily because the event I was going to was near here and the commute was indeed easy, a 15-minute bus ride. But even not taking this into account, the location is really convenient, being bus stops and Sinnonhyeon station nearby so you can either take the bus or subway to anywhere. The neighborhood also has shops, convenience stores, and restaurants which you can explore. A Chinese restaurant is beside the guesthouse and an Italian restaurant is right across! From the airport, the airport limousine is the most convenient since it will stop directly at Sinnonhyeon bus station and you only need to cross the street going to the guesthouse. Should your arrival be early morning or late at night, make sure to to request for the codes to open the gate/doors before your arrival. Host is more responsive through phone call (I didn't have a Kakaotalk app) than thru Booking.com messaging so you might also need to have a local number or have roaming.
