Bakers cottage was a stop for us as we were making our way back to Colombo. Accommodation was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Family were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good with fruits from the garden and some local Sri Lankan dishes. The mattress was a little bit hard for us, but this is likely to be replaced as the family noted this. Location on Kosgoda beach meant a lovely sunset. Swimming options further up the beach or a short tuk tuk drive away. A few restaurants nearby, local and tourist and more options not to far away by tuk tuk

Unbelievable place. It is located in a big house with a nice pool area in a quiet area. We have been welcomed very nicely by our host, with a small tour of the villa and the facilities of the hotel. There is a fridge and a place where you can cook in case you don’t want to go outside. Breakfast is incredible, you can choose between continental or Sri Lankan breakfast and it is anyway very good. Guests are caring and lovely, thank you for the stay, I wish we could have stayed longer but we needed to continue our trip to Sri Lanka. Thank you for the stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Sea Queen, the place is relaxing. The beach is actually for yourself. The pool is an oasis of peace. The owners run their Villa with full commitment and definitely put a lot of enthusiasm into this work. We recommend this place for a holiday holiday. Definitely 6 stars 😃🙂

A comfortable villa located in a quiet village away from the crowded tourist hotels. A gorgeous, secluded beach with soft sand and palm trees is just 50 meters away. This beautifully appointed villa features a huge, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. It also features two comfortable bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with fruit trees, seating areas, and a barbecue. The beautiful pool was specially cleaned at our request, for which we extend a special thanks to the villa owner. The villa is a 15-minute drive from Hikkaduwa's turtle beach. Keel's supermarket and an excellent seafood restaurant are a 5-minute drive away. I recommend this option for those seeking a secluded, comfortable getaway in the wild. I especially want to thank the villa owner for his responsiveness to all our requests.

The place was such a nice place to stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Specially, meals were fantastic. Everyone was very nice and amazing, they treated us in a friendly manner. We had the most wonderful vacation in our lives in this beautiful villa. Affordable price, availability of a housekeeper and a cook who will prepare wonderful local dishes at a very low price, and also cooks to order whatever you wish. Wonderful spacious rooms with bathrooms, hot water, air conditioners and fans in each bedroom, internet. The owner is a very kind and pleasant person who directs the employees to help the guests in everything. They helped us with everything, even if we didn't ask. They advised us on where and what to buy, or bought for us themselves, helped us rent a car, tuk tuk, plan excursions (which was very convenient and cheaper than we would have done it ourselves). A very beautiful and large area with a large pool complemented the wonderful impression, great location, excellent infrastructure nearby, 5 minutes to the beach. The owner is constantly in touch and ready to help with any question. There is a doctor's office and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a washing machine in the villa, which is very convenient. Every 3 days the rooms are cleaned, linen and towels are changed. Both adults and children really liked everything, we are sincerely grateful for the excellent service and attitude. All the best!!!
