Breakfasts were beyond delicious — fresh, local, made with attention and soul. Every morning felt like a gentle invitation to slow down and enjoy life. The garden is full of life — lush greenery, cinnamon trees, soft air. The ocean is just 50 meters away — and the beach is so quiet and beautiful, it truly feels like it’s all yours. We loved our stay here and the family was super kind! They offered us different fruits from their garden and breakfast was so extensive and delicious (the best we’ve had during our 3,5 week stay here in Sri Lanka). The room is very new, clean and spacious. A little bit of steep driveway for our tuktuk, but the owner helped us. The direct neighbours were also all very kind.

Bakers cottage was a stop for us as we were making our way back to Colombo. Accommodation was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Family were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good with fruits from the garden and some local Sri Lankan dishes. The mattress was a little bit hard for us, but this is likely to be replaced as the family noted this. Location on Kosgoda beach meant a lovely sunset. Swimming options further up the beach or a short tuk tuk drive away. A few restaurants nearby, local and tourist and more options not to far away by tuk tuk

Unbelievable place. It is located in a big house with a nice pool area in a quiet area. We have been welcomed very nicely by our host, with a small tour of the villa and the facilities of the hotel. There is a fridge and a place where you can cook in case you don’t want to go outside. Breakfast is incredible, you can choose between continental or Sri Lankan breakfast and it is anyway very good. Guests are caring and lovely, thank you for the stay, I wish we could have stayed longer but we needed to continue our trip to Sri Lanka. Thank you for the stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Sea Queen, the place is relaxing. The beach is actually for yourself. The pool is an oasis of peace. The owners run their Villa with full commitment and definitely put a lot of enthusiasm into this work. We recommend this place for a holiday holiday. Definitely 6 stars 😃🙂
