We came here for the last days of our travels around Sri lanka, eager to relax at a quiet beach and enjoy our time. This is exactly what we found here. We couldn't have asked for more. The hosts were so kind and willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were welcomed with water and fresh juice. The breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked each day and we even could wish for whatever we craved. It also was a lot. The dinner we can highly recommend too. The amenities were super clean. Not to forget the beautiful garden, with bird song, lizards and squirrels flying through the air ;) In the end the host even drove us to the bus station (and didn't charge us for it). If you're looking for a secluded beach, staying at a well taken care of house, with lovely breakfast and great hosts, this is the place to go. We will definitely come back :) Thank you!

Perfect spot on the beach. Clean rooms and super tidy outside. Even for Europa standard. Dont be fooled by the bad looking backside. Not going to live there. This place is amazing. All the staff is super friends! Rooms are for the price super and while we stay there uppgrades was undergoing. The beach outside is 10 meters away and is clean.

We stayed 4 night in this villa and our stay was more than fantastic!!! The host Shameera is such a great and wonderful guy. The villa is located in a very green garden with a lot of space around the building. You can sit on the veranda and look for hours only in the garden and you will see real nature with different flowers, trees, animals etc. It was so relaxing!! :-) The breakfast is served by the host every morning on the veranda outside and it contains day by day different local specialties with a wonderful taste. Also his hints, what to to in the surroundings and possible activities are great and useful. Thank you once again for hosting us in your small escape from normal life, Shameera. We will really come back to your villa. Promised!! :-) Best wishes George & Sabine

I had an amazing time at Lila Lodge. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed by the friendly staff. The room was perfect,,spacious, clean, and the friendly staff made my stay extra special. Do not look any further, paradise is right here. The Cinnamon Cottage is a true haven of peace, perfectly located by the lake. We enjoyed kayaking in total tranquility and even took a guided boat safari, which was an unforgettable experience. We discovered this place by chance during our trip, and it turned out to be far beyond anything we expected. The room was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. The open-sky bathroom added a magical touch to our stay. The hospitality of the hosts deserves special recognition. They are a lovely, caring family, always ready to help. They arranged a scooter, a tuk-tuk, and even a driver for our next destination. They were also fantastic with our little dog, which meant a lot to us. We already miss this place. A huge thank you for this unforgettable moment of peace and kindness.

We loved our stay here and the family was super kind! They offered us different fruits from their garden and breakfast was so extensive and delicious (the best we’ve had during our 3,5 week stay here in Sri Lanka). The room is very new, clean and spacious. A little bit of steep driveway for our tuktuk, but the owner helped us. The direct neighbours were also all very kind.
