Only positive words for this hotel. This hotel is only 7 months old and it exceeded all of our expectations. Room was spacious and we loved the design. They had an amazing pool with a lovely garden view. Staff was extremely helpful, they even made us custom breakfast and let us have a late checkout for free. The hotel manager Sandunmalh was very professional.

We had a huge room/bungalow with a kitchen and fridge. Everything was super nice and clean with somewhat modern furniture. The owners were beyond nice and welcoming and cooked a great breakfast. Incredible value for money.

This is a nice new place. Its run by a friendly family. We stayed for 3 nights. Keep in mind it is up hill if that is a Problem for you. Most of all we liked the peace you get there. The sunset is amazing. They have a bar and you can order food as well. They arranged us a whale watching trip for 12000rp per person. I think the price is very good. If you book online you will pay 30% more. They also provide laundry service. If you like chitchatting the owner likes to chat. We really became friends in 3 days. If we ever visit srilanka again we are comming back here to visit the family.

The host family were so incredibly kind. The room was lovely with all the amenities listed. The location was perfect for me. It was a quick walk to the beach but on a quiet road. Would very happily stay there again. Because the family have so many tall mature trees it is also a lot cooler in the garden which was a welcome treat on hot days.
