We had a really lovely stay at Pearly‘s! Ranjan the owner organized a cheap tour to the Knuckles Mountains by TukTuk for us. He also joined us to show us all the beautiful places over there. We went to a waterfall where we were able to go swimming and we also enjoyed the nice views. For breakfast we had typicall Sri Lankan food and also some Western options. Pearly the owners wife prepared everything for us. After that we were able to have a look into their home and talked about different topics. Our highlight was when Ranjan took us to local spice shops where we bought really cheap vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. We enjoyed everything about our stay there. Thanks for having us! P.S.: The sunrise from the terrace was stunning and there were many monkeys to see.

Beyond Expectations Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was beautifully designed, the facilities immaculate, and the view simply breathtaking. Book this place when you wish to see many things in and around Kandy! The owners went the extra mile to make me super happy. He is a safe driver who showed me many places per day in his comfortable car and she cooked fantastic meals for me with fresh herbs and spices out of their own ‘jungle’. They are a lovely and honest family, the best hosts during my world-travel :-) Also: the place is a gem in the mountains, beautiful decorated and with a clean pool. I felt really at home here.

The breakfast and dinner were very delicious and there was a large selection. Ian is an excellent cook 😀. The room with a window like a triangle was very special, it had a comfortable bed and an extraordinary view. Supun and Ian, who operate the resort, are very friendly and nice hosts. Supun also helped us to see the beautiful nature there, nice ricefields and unfortunately Riverston in mist. We want to return if it's possible
