The villa is just perfect! the location is perfect, right on the ocean and you can hear the waves all the time. no music, super calm, only 4 rooms (8guests), so its like staying at private villa, but more convenient when you are traveling without a group. breakfast and other food is amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful. its close to coconut tree hill (famous place for sunsets) and Mirissa beach (you can walk there but a short ride with tuktuk is better). close to 2 intermediate surf spots (you can walk here) and many more in Mirissa and Weligama (a tuktuk ride). room is very comfortable as well, bed and sheets are great, the room is spacious (we had non sea view), being cleaned every day. the neighbour has a tuktuk and rents scooters, has a huge car for taxi, thus this is also very convenient. the villa is just perfect and we will definitely come back! ♥️

Very nice staff, especially the father who was always cheerful and did everything he could to ensure that we had a good time at all times. Was shown a beach (not secret beach) on which we were completely alone. Beautiful view (and sunset) and good Sri Lankan breakfast.

Ocean Light Mirissa is a newly opened property located close to the main road. The rooms offers sea view and we booked with the bed & breakfast option, and they served us a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast tailored to our preferences - everything was thoughtfully arranged. While parking can be a bit of a challenge, the property owner made sure to organize a proper parking spot nearby, which we really appreciated. The owner and the service staff is exceptionally helpful. A special thanks to Sachin, who worked tirelessly to make our stay comfortable- he truly went above and beyond, even checking in with us after our checkout. As a new property they are maintaining everything well and we will definitely visit them again.

I will be honored to state that we are the first to accommodate after re-structuring this beautiful space. Actually full privacy is there and its adjacent to the mainroad but we can hear only birds singing and other nature sounds without any noises from the road. Got a nice breakfast , yummy and tasty which makes the stomach full. Recommend this nice friendly place to all the guests around the world if you are seeking a private place which is calm and quiet with natural cinnamon fragrance. Name itself gives the brief and we could smell cinnamon the entire stay....

The location is sooo cute, i loved the room, big and clean. The staff was very helpful, they offer different tours (I went on one and it was well organized) and discounts for the local restaurants. I was a little concerned booking here since it’s a new opening, but it ended up being a good choice, no complaints!
