Everything was great. The host is friendly and very helpful! The place is clean and the location is excellent, middle of the jungle, 5 minutes walk from lions rock. We arrived in the middle of the night and the property owner was so helpful and nice and waited for us. They made us Sri Lanka breakfast and coffee in the morning :) The rooms are simple and clean, the AC works, the pool is clean. You can hear many birds in the morning and it’s a full jungle experience. We had a late flight and the check out was late which was also no problem!

There were a lot of activities one could join like jungle hikes, lake swimming or sunset tours. If you had an idea to do something the host was always ready to help organise it. He also helped me with my travel plans and dropped me off at thebus station. I will miss this place, the jungle vibe and the people I met during my stay.

We had an amazing stay here, the area was beautiful. Everything was clean and the food was delicious, many options to choose from. The manager - Bernard was extremely helpful(as well as other the other hotel staff). He made sure we had a good time, recommended restaurants and places to visit. He also took care of the transport and made sure that we got everything for the best price. Thanks to all the help we were able to fully relax and enjoy the trip. This was a wonderful stay with an even more wonderful family. They make some amazing food! The treehouse is on their garden (but quite private at the back sheltered by trees) and looks amazing. There are peacocks and monkeys running around the garden (or close to it) which felt like a Safari on its own (they stay a good distance away so it feels safe too). They have a cute puppy on premises who likes to play. The location is super close to the centre via Tuk tuk & the treehouse is very comfortable to stay in.

Nice and friendly host, clean rooms and good breakfast. Host organized a Safari tour to Eco-park - it was worth! Good accomodation for children - enough space for running around and our little one could watch different animals. We would stay here again.

Excellent address. A real human experience meeting Raku and his family. We were lucky to be there for New Year’s Eve. Raku invited us to play a special game you only play for the occasion. We got to meet the whole family, even visited with the uncle and brother who live in houses behind the guesthouse. Such a generous and welcoming family. The guesthouse has a beautiful garden where meals and breakfast can be enjoyed, which we did for both days. And the pool of course is the best! After a hot day of excursions, what a treat to enjoy a dip in the pool under the coconut trees. We truly had a memorable experience and we know Raku and his wife ensure the best hospitality with all their guests. Don’t hesitate if you want to meet genuine people and discover more about this amazing country.
