I had an amazing stay here. I felt immediately at home. It’s such a nice place to relax, be in nature and spend time with amazing people. Hari is an AMAZING host, he is very kind and makes you feel so welcome in Chitwan. ☀️ I did the full day safari and we saw lots of animals up close, including 2 bears!! Hari knows the jungle so well so we had lunch at an amazing view point. As well as a the safari, I loved the yoga class, jungle walks and beautiful sunsets. 🌅 I extended my stay and was very sad to leave. So I would recommend this homestay to anyone interested in a relaxing jungle visit! Thank you Hari!

Charming family, made me feel at home. They took care of me as if I were a family member, served delicious homemad meals and made me long to return to this amazing place. Manoj is a great and passionate guide, did his best to show me all the beauty of Chitwan. It was very hard for me to leave his homestay, I will definitely come back again.

Tiger Wildlife Resort was my home for two weeks. Besides the beauty of the place, perfect for those who seek quiet surroundings, what was truly remarkable is the care I received as a guest here. I felt like a VIP, a princess even, as the owners, Gambir, and the rest of the team, went out of their way to make my stay absolutely perfect. I was given what I believe is the best room on the property, with a balcony facing the park, from which every morning I would see all sorts of animals: deers, rhinos, boars and countless birds (among which peacocks and black storks and openbills) The food here is absolutely excellent, always freshly made and very tasty. The chef is so sweet, always doing his best to satisfy my (many!) requests. The safaris and tours were also lovely experiences, as the parks in the area have lots to offer. I recommend taking the time to visit Tikauli and the 20k lake. I also enjoyed walking around the rural village and talking to a few locals who seem to adore foreigners. In general, I would imagine staying here about 5 days is enough to tick all the touristy stuff of the list... unless - like me - you're not in a rush about seeing this and that, maybe you work online and enjoy taking some time away from more mundane life.. then stay as long as your heart feels and discover how wholesome it is to become a Tiger Wildlife family member ! This is a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The decor and fixtures and fittings are stylish and modern. The shower was the best! All staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were looked after so well. Milan at the front desk made sure our holiday went smoothly and was very attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffees. We also ate dinner and lunch here and all the food we ate was delicious and reasonably priced too. We did 3 excellent trips with Raj our very knowledgeable safari guide - a walking safari, a canoe trip and a jeep safari. Due to Raj’s knowledge and patience we got to see a wild rhino up close! All the staff made us feel like family and nothing was too much trouble. We were sad to leave. Milan arranged private transport for us to Bhaktapur and it’s a long drive but the driver was very professional and safe. Highly recommend everything about this hotel! It was even an easy 10 min walk to Main St and the sunset viewing platform in town.

I felt so peaceful and relaxed at this place. they have great food options, lots of nice places to sit and watch the river and an adorable puppy. The owners are so lovely too and always happy to help. I booked the jungle walk and the guides they use were super professional and friendly.

Everything about our stay at the Tara guest house was spot on. We arrived to a beautiful home like place with friendly people, beautiful garden and clean room with ac, fly nets, plugs and clean bathroom. Greeted with lemonade, they kept us stocked with cold mineral water that I could use to refill my bottles and save plastic. Oh and a free walk to the village for sunset was slovenly. The food was delicious and better than any restaurant you can find on the strip in sauhara and much cheaper too. They offered us breakfast before our early bus and took us to the station in their jeep. All in all it was an amazing stay

It’s the best hostel I’ve been so far, no doubt. Every detail is well taken care of, it can’t be cozier. You really feel like being in paradise! If you like being sorrounded by nature that’s your place. I even stayed longer that I planned. They have a vegetarian/vegan restaurant with tasty food, and the best time is when in the evening they set fire and people hang around it. Also, I joined a safari tour with susu, he’s so funny and knows so many interesting things about the fauna and flora in the area. They definitely make you feel like home, relaxed and peaceful!
