Stunning area, lovely apartment, open fire, soft bed fresh home laid eggs and a friendly dog! Handy to Mt Hutt, Methven and the Rakaia Gorge, which we explored in the morning. Would be a good base for skiing in the winter.

The house was easily one of the best we have stayed in. Location was awesome, close to the Pools and short walk/drive into town.

very central, could have walked to the town. Parking was a bit tight but off the road . Really liked the electric blankets and upstairs downstairs was easy, nice roomy house.
