This is a lovely new hotel, with a nice view as it is situated on a hill above the center of Porto. You can easily walk down to the city center and neighborhood. The rooms are very nice furnitured and the infinity swimming pool on the roof top is very nice. Breakfast is very good. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

Absolutely 5 star from the facilities to the cleanliness to the amazing staff. I used the pool and spa each day. The room was huge. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything from suggestions to booking taxis. I was greeted in my room with chocolates, fresh berries, and port. The breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel location is very good, just a few minutes by walk from a metro station which takes you to the center in just about 10 minutes & the train station is located at the same place so you can get easily to other places in Portugal (we took the train to Lisbon from that station). The breakfast was good enough and all the staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. There are some nice shops and restaurants near the hotel & generally it's a very quiet place. The room was big enough & the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has also a very nice bar & generally looks very new and clean.

We were amazed by the interior - the tapestry, the furniture, all the details! We especially loved the yoga mats hidden in the wardrobe. And also the wine with the chocolates as the welcome gift. That was just perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. We also really appreciated the girls at the reception desk, they were both so nice and very helpful. We loved it!

Fabulous hotel! Everything was perfect: room, location, staff, facilities! The hotel is very nice decorated and quite new as well! The restaurant and garden should be tried also! It was my boyfriend's birthday and the staff was very nice and surprised him with cake and champagne! Would come back here for sure!
