Very very helpful, with anything that we asked for.
The owner was also very kind, we could have a chat.
They offered us tea and boardgames when we arrived and helped us with everything.
We had difficulties to find a place to stay in Erzincan, but they welcomed us with open arms.

1. It is in a good location.
2. After coming from Georgia and Armenia, I really appreciated sleeping on a bed with fitted sheets, which are not used there.

very central and conveniently located for shops, eating out and public transport. Staff were very friendly, helpful, hospitable and offered very useful advice and information. Breakfasts were good. Room clean and comfortable

Not too small, good beds and very responsive, helpful personnel.
Close to the center of the city.
Good check-in and check-out time.
Can live with a dog for an extra fee of 10 euros.
Amazing breakfast with tasty watermelon slices.
