The seclusion in the mountains literally feels like you’re on a luxury retreat. The stay is in the mountains so make sure you pack your lunch and dinner ahead since they only provide breakfast. They have a kitchen or microwave for you. They also have a water dispenser. The view is phenomenal here and you get to hike if you feel like it all the way to the top of the mountain for free. They also have cats and dogs.

Our hard-working host is warm-hearted and multi-talented. I'll leave the details for you to discover. Our family of 10 had a lively chat with him in the evening over the best mangoes we've ever had. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. On our floor, one room had it's own bathroom and the other two rooms shared a bathroom in the hallway. There was a huge spread for breakfast and we left feeling well-rested and ready for the next adventure.

We had an unforgettable stay at the B&B! Highly recommend to stay here while you visit the Alishan area. Each morning we were able to catch a beautiful sunrise at the rooftop patio of the house. The first morning we also hiked the Tea & Mist trail up to the pavilion lookout points. The trailhead is only a few minute walk from the B&B which made it much more inviting when we hiked up very early in the morning. The hostess is so friendly and made us feel like we were staying at a relative’s place. She is very well versed at using a translator app to converse with us. The room was clean and the the hostess provided earplugs since there is some infrequent car noise at night. We were lucky to get to share tea with the hostess and learn more about the tea farms and tea making process before we left.
