Great place to stay - location is perfect for airport or Tazara train station. Facilities are good and the meals are excellent. And as others have said - Brown is a fantastically helpful and accomodating host which is what makes it a lovely place to stay.

keys were there on arrival , good communication on the way and on arrival. Very nice, spacious, clean place . Hot water and wifi n fridge all working perfectly as was the flat screen tv . i was only there one day but I couldnt fault the place. 10 out of 10 from me. Athough its far from the road , the compound is spacious with enough greenery to be comfortable and sit in the compound outside the house . Also excellent value for money. Its one of the best places ive stayed in Dar if not the best for a budget apartment . The only reason i didnt give a score of 15 , is that 10 is the maximum .

So beautiful, stylish, comfortable as well as practical! Every detail was decorated with lots of taste and love. You have everything you need for a big city stay. At first I was worried about the neighborhood but after the first day I realized that it’s a great location. I suggest to Take a Tuk Tuk or a Bolt/Uber when you go out late. I will be back for sure! The breakfast was not included so I can't rate it. Our apartment actually was like an independent house, really nice and comfortable and also had a fully equipped kitchen with fridge. The host was a very kind and helpful person who assisted in any way necessary and spoke a very fluent English. We also ordered the airport transfer from host and everything worked well.
