Outstanding Stay – Truly Exceptional Service! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the very first moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction — always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. What impressed me most was how personal everything felt. They remembered my name, anticipated my needs before I even asked, and treated me more like a valued guest in their home than just a customer. The attention to detail here is remarkable — from the beautifully maintained rooms to the thoughtful little touches that made my stay extra special. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the team: warm, professional, and sincerely dedicated to making every guest feel comfortable and cared for. I travel often, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a place where you are not just staying in a hotel, but truly being looked after with genuine kindness and professionalism, this is the place to choose. keys were there on arrival , good communication on the way and on arrival. Very nice, spacious, clean place . Hot water and wifi n fridge all working perfectly as was the flat screen tv . i was only there one day but I couldnt fault the place. 10 out of 10 from me. Athough its far from the road , the compound is spacious with enough greenery to be comfortable and sit in the compound outside the house . Also excellent value for money. Its one of the best places ive stayed in Dar if not the best for a budget apartment . The only reason i didnt give a score of 15 , is that 10 is the maximum .

This was one of our favorite stays in Dar E Salam. A point to note if you’re planning to go to Mbudya Island this is a great option as it's pretty close to the beach where you take the boat from. Danny, the host, is super accommodating and if you need anything whether related to the place or just information related to your itinerary he’s more than ready to help you out. The two nights we stayed here, Danny was on leave. He took us to two beaches close by on his own. He also took us to a supermarket and pharmacy in the area. We even got to experience buying octopus and squid from a local fish point and a restaurant on the beach cooked it for us. All thanks to Danny! The place is ideal for a group of friends. I highly recommend Danny’s place if you ever decide to visit this part of the city.

We liked everything: The old and tasteful architecture, the garden, the friendly staff, nice rooms, location. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice and lots of fresh products. Transportation from and to the airport worked well. The staff helped us to get Bolts in town too. Several nice restaurants in the vicinity, perfect location away from the quite ugly down-town Dar. We also walked to the Tingatinga co-operative and ran in the neighbourhood. Very good value for money! We will recommend to everybody and would certainly stay again.

The Hotel is very beautiful. Very cozy and nice Hotel area. Beachside area with activitys. Everything what you need. The room was super nice. Very comfortable bed, nice Bathroom. We had a wonderful stay and I can really recommend this Hotel. We will come back when we visit daresalam next time. Nice location.
