    The location is perfectly in the middle of downtown with parking attached. We are locals so we can vouch for how central it is. The room was clean and the bathroom is really nice and modern. The pool is one of very few in downtown Durham. Super helpful staff, especially at the front desk! It's pet friendly, too.

    Dog friendly (price mentioned on the page is somewhat incorrect - they charged me $20/night for my short stays. Maybe they cap the pet fee at $75?). Room is fine for the price -- appears to be recently renovated. Some of the rooms have balconies but there's no furniture for them.

    Location! Close to anything you need. They had a nice breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure you tell them about your pets on check in. It is not included on the reservation and it's 10$ per night per dog. Which is reasonable to be able to travel with your pets.
