We loved the authenticity of the place and the staff were so friendly, even if their english wasn’t great, we didn’t care! The food was great and prices were reasonable. It was nice to know they provided locals foods, and eco-friendly living! We also loved how the property felt so in-tune with the nature and landscape that surrounded. We will stay again!

I spent two nights at Mist Valley Pu Luong and had a fantastic experience. The location is peaceful and scenic, perfect for relaxing. Had a very lovely stay here in one of the bungalows! Yes there are bugs getting into the room like others wrote but you are in nature and the bugs are harmless. You can take them and put them outside of the room or stay at a different place :) I really liked the stay here! Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable little wooden house and attentive staff. Comfy bed and great terrace with amazing view. The pool is at the property next door, 3 min walk. Those who wrote that the pool is missing probably never asked the staff about it.

Loved the hospitality of Hoai and his family and the fact that Hoai speaks excellent English and went out of his way to organize outings for us. He was invaluable to communicate with our driver and we learned much about Pu Luong from him. We loved experiencing village life here, and the trip to the bat cave and the bamboo raft were perfect activities for us, for younger people, there are hikes to do with local guides. Simple but good meals, plenty of meat, fruit and veges, and delicious banana pancakes for breakfast. Fantastic to have WIFI. Perfect place to chill and unwind from Hanoi. This is a really authentic unforgettable rural Vietnam experience.

The staff and mainly Nhi were amazing. As soon as we arrived Nhi welcomed us with smiling face and prepared us a lovely welcoming drink. After we had a problem with the booking she upgraded us so to a better room. She made us feel like home and just took care of everything we need!! Just an amazing personality! Helped us with tour and things to see and explained about the area and local foods. She is just stunning!! I don’t need to tell more about the room and the view from the hotel restaurant. I think that the pictures says it all.
