Incredibly unique and lovely place with a host (Dao) who is always helpful. We loved the fact the hotel faces onto a walkway along one of the tributaries of the Mekong. It can get a little noisy with the river traffic but my family never had an issue with the noise when we were sleeping. And the river traffic just adds to the feel that you are in the middle of the local life. As mentioned previously, the host, Dao, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our requests. She went out of her way to make sure we were able to do our laundry our last night at the hotel and even offered to scooter us to the laundromat. We wish we had more time to stay and chat with Dao but our schedule was pretty packed during our stay.

It was in a newly built estate by the see side, with good see side landscape views via a lovely walkway. Everything was fresh, being the first guest on the newly built wing, added to the luxury due to the high quality of facilities—this could have only been achieved from experience from previous branches.

The view was great and while staff were initially had to reach, they were accommodating.

Very comfortable bungalow. The host was very helpful and friendly. She organised a boat trip to the market at sunset which was beautiful, she also went beyond to find us a taxi to Ha Thien on one of the morning of the new year.
