A retreat of peace and quiet within the Elephantine Island, gateway to the nubia. Excellent breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace and the most peaceful surrounding. They helped me book my tours, transfer to the hotel and also to luxor (visiting temples), I booked most with them and it was a great smooth experience, fair rates as well. The bedroom is quite comfortable and the toilet is good even though it is below the stairs.

The breakfast staff provide excellent service and demonstrate a level of dedication to hotel guests comparable to that of personal butlers.
Upon check-in, the duty manager demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and Ms. Ola exemplified outstanding service, reflecting positively on the Four Seasons Riyadh and its reputation for hospitality in both Riyadh and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This was probably the best hotel on our trip! The staff were really helpful and kind, the rooms were so beautifully decorated and the location on the banks of the river was just out of this world. Most astonishingly, the hotel manager couriered our iPad to us from Aswan all the way to Alexandria free of charge after we left it in the room upon check-out. Really a delightful stay and we will certainly return to this gem!

For a hotel in Yas Plaza (great location) the price and overall experience is very competetive. Good value for money, especially when compared withh the other hotels in the vicinity. The staff were great and the hotel is very well run and clean.
We were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a suite during check-in. The room was great and the views from the balcony were amazing.
Close to the airport and Yas Island facilities (theme parks, mall, bars, restaurants).
The apartment was very clean
Beds were very comfortable and the shutters make the rooms nice and dark!
Own parking spot and close to a petrol station
Coffee Nespresso machine
A home away from home as it has everything you need
Location was great for supermarkets, eating places and access to Diriyah and Boulevard City/World and Kingdom Arena
The host Hesham was in contact whenever you needed and responded quickly

We really LOVED the location and the people! The hotel is host by amazing people that help you in all the ways possible! The place is really nice, colorful and comfortable. The restaurant has a vast variety of amazing food and is well served, prices are competitive and just. The administration helped us in every way: to arrive to the hotel, to book an amazing tour on the area, even to have a taxi for the airport.

Everything from the location, staff, facilities, room was so lovely and memorable. It's like an oasis in the middle of the desert. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The garden outside and the dog Bobby added a special charm to the place. The highlight of the breakfast was the fig jam/morabba. Abdou/Abdulla, a delightful young man, took wonderful care of us!

Everything was amazing, I loved the location as it is close to everywhere you can go to the Aswan center by a felucca (it’s faster and accessible all day along) … When you’re in Nuba live like the Nubians 😊
P.S. it was actually pet friendly, our cat enjoyed his time 😻

The manager, Mustafa (and his family), has a great heart and is lovely to share some words with him. Very kind and trustable person, he helped us to arrange Abu Simbel transport and also the cruise between Aswan and Luxor at very competitive prices. Nevertheless, his dedication and respect towards his clients is a highlight. Thank you very much for treating us so well, and we hope your place keeps fully booked :)

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean .
Breakfast was included in the rate and offered a good variety. There was also a coffee machine that you can access any time of day , along with a water dispenser in the dining area. The Crown Plaza is next door , so you can also access all their restaurants.
Location is great for activities on Yas Island. The free bus for Yas Island stops just in front of the hotel , reception can provide the timings.
Valet parking is available, and the hotel is also pet friendly.
