Size and facilities in room were great and the bed was comfy..the location was heritage value with trendy shops and friendly locals

Especially the guy in the reception ,whose name was ANIL helped me to o get information absolutely about everything in the hotel and he responded my all needs(including extra tuxedo bag) although it wasnt his responsibility. Because of that guy I got an excellent impression about the hotel and all other remaining personnel in the hotel. I will absolutely choose this hotel again in mu next visit in October.

The property is soundproof and is set 1.4 km from Katoomba Scenic World. This property is so cosy and homey that we did not want to leave! Extremely comfortable with loads of amenities. It was very cold when we were there but this house had electric blankets and a lovely gas heater. We absolutely loved it.

The quirkiness of the house and the heating in every room, my husband loved the pinball machine. It was a few minutes by car to drive into town, in the summer it would be a nice walk.

Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The hotel is neely opened and amazing. The staff is amazing and special mention for Rupayan who helped us a lot during our stay. The property is at an amazing location. The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly and very flexible with our request for cleaning. Overall we had an amazing experience and we surely recommend this apartment hotel for anyone who is plans to stay here.
