Friendly bar/restaurant staff who couldn't do enough for you. Food was excellent. Wifi strong enough to stream TV. They arranged a riverboat tour to Lamanai for me which was excellent.

The resort restaurant was excellent for dinner with live music. The live music ended at 10:30 so it didn't distract from our sleep.
