The rooms are luxurious and clean and ours had a great view of the Sky Costanera tower. The breakfast restaurant had an exceptional view of the whole city. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve been to.

Rooms offer views of Santiago, the Andes Mountains or the hotel gardens. We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.
