Mr. Liu provides excellent guide and insight of Feng Huang sights and attractions. Exquisite Dinner available and is recommended. Suggest contacting the property to arrange personal pickup at the Train Station and the extra is only a token to remove the hassle to get to property and back to station.

She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. Special mention to the receptionist who helped us since the day one with the help for the info from the park.

I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s planning to go to Zhangjiajie!
