The property is allergy-free and is situated a few steps from Guachaca Beach. Casa dos Almas is simply a magical place, a peaceful accommodation located in front of the sea on Mendihuaca beach. We stayed in a double room with a sea view located on the second floor. If we could describe our room in one word, it would be cozy. Everything was very clean, tidy, and beautiful, with a spectacular view of the sea under the shade of an almond tree. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable, and the room had a fan (air conditioning is not needed with the sea breeze). The accommodation has very comfortable and pleasant common areas. We had the option of breakfast included, but we opted for the "Napolitan eggs," which were very delicious. Thanks to Maria and Ela for everything, very friendly staff. Joseph has been one of the best hosts we have met, making our experience much more enjoyable, always attentive and kind. He instructed us very well about the place, helped us with everything we needed, and guided us on some activities like the Cacao Tour; he knows a lot about the area and told us about the culture and biodiversity. Probably many have not heard about Mendihuaca beach; it is a recent destination for tourists but offers tranquility and spectacular landscapes, located a few kilometers from Tayrona National Park and with easy access to the city of Santa Marta and nearby places of interest like the Sierra Nevada, Palomino, and other beaches. There are various activities available such as kayaking, surfing lessons, massages, among others, and transportation to other areas of the region is easy through moto-taxis. The local cuisine is not very extensive but offers more than enough delicious options, with Humbe as a recommendation, though all the restaurants we tried were delicious. We highly recommend this place for those who want to spend some time disconnecting and relaxing.

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. We loved everything about it! The nature, activities and surroundings. The restaurant was amazing too!

Located on the beachfront, this property features a garden and a shared lounge. The apartment features mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Great, affordable place. Along beach. Only one restaurant that is very close by. Shower had no hot water, but expected for the area. Keep doors and windows closed because many bugs in the area. Nice stay!

This accommodation is absolutely amazing, pure magic! ✨ A little paradise in the middle of nowwhere with the best chocolate and the best host and team! Not only does the accommodation and the view feel like you've arrived in heaven, the surrounding nature is also incredibly beautiful and a paradise! The walk to the accommodation is so worth it, you will be rewarded with the freshest chocolate you will ever eat and a view of the sea that is incomparable. The beds are extremely comfortable (the most comfortable I've had in 3 months in Colombia) and the view from the hostel is priceless! This is your place to relax, recharge, connect with nature. I can also recommend the cacao tour with Polo, he not only shows you the complete cacao process, but also how much passion and love goes into his project and all the different fruits & plants on his land! The food is also an absolute dream! Three evenings that felt more like a Michelin-starred restaurant than a hostel. Alvaro & Polo have a magical menu every evening, con mucho amor! ❤️ For all digital nomads: You have the best Starlink internet and can even work in heaven. :D

With garden views, Serrano Tayrona Lodge is situated in El Zaino and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden and terrace. The tented camp features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Extremely welcoming hosts & staff. Everything is very new, clean and facilities and amenities are excellent. The location is so beautiful, it's tucked away in a magical jungle, yet it's close to tayrona national. Bed was super comfy, sheets very clean and neatly arranged. The communal area is beautiful, with music playing and a relaxed atmosphere.

The people were super friendly and made us feel part of a family with their advice and gentilness. And the food! Just wow. Divino food and signature cocktails.

Great facilities, including a beautiful pool and a huge garden. Spacious and comfortable room, with all the comforts. Restaurant with good food options also for the breakfast, including vegetarian dishes. Staff is really nice, a special mention to Liliana who helped us sorting out transfers, experiences and every other needs! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

With a terrace, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar or a meal in the restaurant. We stayed at Cayena by Masaya after visiting Tayrona Park, and it was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, from the reception to the restaurant team. The hotel has only a few rooms, which made it feel peaceful and never crowded—we always found a great spot to lounge by the beautiful, large pool (perfect for a proper swim). There’s also a covered area with yoga equipment, and we loved starting the day with a beach-front workout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed, working AC, hot water, and complimentary refillable drinking water. The restaurant was a highlight—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, and the à la carte prices were very reasonable, so we were happy to eat at the hotel. There are beds on the beach, but we mostly stayed by the pool since the ocean had big waves and a small sandy area during our visit (great for surfers, though). Overall, we had a perfect stay and would absolutely recommend Cayena for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, relaxing setting.
