Loved the layout and architecture of the apartments, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff made us feel like family and there was always someone there if we needed anything at all! Adrienne and Derek gets an especially thumps up. The doorman was also really helpful and always willing to get us where we needed to go. Will definitely come back here.

I booked a garden room and I totally liked the location of the room near the pool. The room was practical decorated and it had all of these things to make your stay nicer. The Service was very nice and I had a great dinner. The food was really nice at the hotel. Didn't know that they have a coffee and pastry deal. Nice!

The property was beautiful. Villas were secluded and surrounded by nature. Love the birds and wildlife, especially the cat that came to visit often. The villas were clean, updated, and nicely appointed. The pool was great. The location was convenient for exploring the entire island. Would love to return!

The garden, the outdoor shower, very friendly hosts, the 4 dogs (Pai was a sweetheart and our favorite), there is a nice beach just down the street. We wished we would have spent our entire vacation here. Very relaxing location. I would recommend getting a rental car to go to restaurants and explore the island. We absolutely loved our stay at De Octopus.

Poul who was the manager was really helpful and kind. I was a woman traveling alone and he helped me feel comfortable venturing out. The location was only a 20 minute walk into the main areas or 15 minutes going in opposite direction. Room was comfy and loved that Netflix and other streaming channels were free to use on TV. Each morning the lovely doggie Irene greeted me and a continental breakfast was served. I also loved that Poul was quick in responding and that we could communicate over What's App if I or he wasn't on property.
