We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The spa is small but very nice.

We were given a beautiful cozy room that was even better compared to the room I had booked! My special request had been heard and we got a room with a huge (!) bath tube for two that was amazing!)) The food was excellent - tasty dinner and breakfast with a great variety of choice! The stuff was helpful and nice! We also got a little present while checking-out that was unexpected and sweet)))

The spa offers over 30 different procedures from beautifying to physiotherapy. I had already visited Karlovy Vary for a day trip years ago and I decided if I ever came back I would stay in the Grand Hotel Pupp. The hotel did not let me down, on the contrary, I was even more surprised with the structure of the hotel, the nice and helpful staff, the large and confortable room with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was also unforgetable! Even if the hotel is traditional, I enjoyed the modern twist in some of it (such as the pool and the restaurant).
