This review is written by me but is headlined by Kathryn my friend who made the booking. 🤔La Casa de Amelia is a first rate operation. I stayed there for 9 nights very recently. There are three reasons why I rate this hostal so highly. Firstly, comfort. I had a full one bedroom apartment with all amenities. The unit is bright, very high ceilings, excellent AC, full kitchen, clean and has great Galápagos character. Secondly, value. This is incredible value! Thirdly and most of all, the hosts - they are such a charming and real couple. Anita and her husband Danielle are the real deal. They are most gracious. Thank you guys.

Very helpful host, couldn’t do enough. $3 taxi to the town, approx. 10 mins away.

It is set 1.8 km from Mann and features private check-in and check-out. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a housekeeping service for guests. Super clean and comfortable and so friendly! I was able to borrow a snorkel and do laundry too which was massively appreciated. It's a little walk from the main street and nice to be further away from the busy area. Also within easy walking distance of the airport. Overall, excellent value.

The property has city and quiet street views. Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. Big spacious, great views. Cold water cooler in the kitchen, quality cooking/kitchen area, coffee facility's for earlier mornings, big fridge freezer to keep all refreshments. Air con was very good. sunrise and sunset can be seen from all angles on the patio. Swing chairs and hammocks are a great touch. Beds extremely comfy rooms had plenty of plugs Big TV for displaying our wildlife pictures we took in the day. Very strong Wifi Great hosts for all questions and assistance on the island. Price was ridiculously good for what you receive.

A recently renovated property, Casa Puka is set in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno near Oro Beach, Mann and Playa de los Marinos. This guest house provides a shared lounge. The guest house offers a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Luisa was very nice; she received us at the door and explained everything to us. The room itself was very comfortable, the shower was perfect! My son enjoyed watching tv in the living room and my husband really liked the fact that there was a microwave so he can warm some food that we couldn’t finish 😊. I will definitely book again when back in san cristobal. Thank you Luisa!
