The area is safe. Miriam, the place owner, is pure love, creating a community atmosphere and making sure you're well and happy. The place is not perfect but even if there's an issue, she's always ready to fix it.

They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Banos and helped us answer questions about tours. The property has a beautiful lawn, the rooms were clean, showers were hot, daily housekeeping available, and cute dogs! A nice and quiet property only 15 minutes walk from the center of Banos

Super kind and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. I stayed in one of the suites and the suites are beautiful, large and have all the amenities you could ask for. Favorite place i have stayed in Ecuador. I will return.
