He took us on a personal tour to visit the Pyramids and was so knowledgeable and amazing and easygoing. He is a friendly guy. Also, the staff the hotel was so helpful and was always willing to assist in at any time or with any need. I will definitely return to stay for longer, and I highly recommend staying here. Waleed arranged all our airport pick up and drop off and also all our tours. What a wonderful and life change experience, truly out of this world. The view of the pyramids from the room will "blow" your mind, and it is really out of this world.
