A large new hotel with extremely modern facilities. We are 4 adults cycling through Spain and Portugal by bicycle and it was excellent to be able to store our bikes in the central courtyard without any issue. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen facilities were very good. Had a great environmental philosophy and recycling facilities on site.

Lovely, large rooms, comfortable beds, large well lit bathrooms, and a lovely aroma throughout (reminds me of some high end hotels I have stayed in). The restaurant offers buffet, or order by menu. Two Secure paid parking areas (garage & outside). You get a discount on outdoor parking if you reserve in advance, however, in January & the outdoor parking is free! It is not close to the Old Town or Gros neighborhoods of San Sebastián, but very close to the hospitals and doctors building on what I call “pill hill”. And it is a block from several bus lines, so you can get to Old Town or Gross very easily. A gracious and friendly staff. It feels like a high end hotel at very reasonable prices. My favorite hotel in San S. I would give you 10 stars if I could. We come here often, so we will be back! Thank you Tres Reyes!

Extremely comfortable - spacious rooms, all amenities provided. Good location, supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. Very close to the river and to two key bridges. Relatively quiet, although there are two pubs across the street which tend to be a bit noisy, till about 11 PM.

Casa Rural Higueralde can be easily reached through the N-1 Motorway. It was a beautiful part of town with a beautiful view and fantastic breakfast! Everyone was very kind and helpful!

The Atalaia is perfectly located for exploring the surroundings thanks to its proximity to nearby towns such as Biarritz and San Sebastian. Take a long coastal walk and discover the stunning scenery of the Basque Country along with its fascinating history and tradition. The welcoming atmosphere and the facilities made our stay perfect. The hotel is close to the motorway, which is great if you are moving around the area with your car, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to San Sebastian. It was really quiet, so we could rest and disconnect. Location is pet friendly and at a walking distance to Alcampo/shopping area. Lunch was amazing, the portions are rathar generous and the staff very nice. We enjoyed chatting with the owner of the place, he is very approachable and friendly. We traveled with an electric vehicle, but this wasn't an issue as they have chargers available. Everything was great, so we are looking forward to come back for another vacation.
