The apartment features family rooms. This was in a historic area but the access was very easy and the location wonderful. The hosts meet us and guided us to the door and provided lots of helpful information about the area. The apartment is comfortable and well looked after and has everything you need for a good stay. Thoughtful touches include washing tablets and enough plates and glasses for the dishwasher. Everything was handled so well. You are close to lots to explore as well as having easy access to Bilbao by public transport to visit the Guggenheim. A perfect stay.

The room was quaint with huge windows. Every amenity imaginable. What really made the trip was the quality of the staff and an exceptional restaurant. There is a reason why locals are present from morning until evening in the restaurant. The food was some of the best we've had in Spain. The entire stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

We were given a gift of chocolates and snacks, shown how everything worked, supplied with lots of ideas on what to see. We enjoyed the town and the beautiful Urdaibai reserve and surroundings.
