The apartment is in a nice location, quiet area and it is very easy to get to all the main attractions Paris has to offer. Very clean, comfortable, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. We travelled with two children so it was an ideal set up to have two bedrooms, everyone had enough space. It made our trip to Paris really relaxing as after busy days of walking and visiting we had quiet, comfortable space to rest.

Very stylish apartment, newly renovated. Cooking facilities, plenty shower products in the bathroom. Selection of tea, coffee, water, sweets and fruit on arrival which was greatly appreciated. Attentive hosts, kind and responsive. Great value for money! Good connection to Paris city centre, plenty restaurants and supermarket right beside the apartment.

We stayed in the 24th for 4 nights, and we had a great time! Everything we needed was there, from the kitchen utensils to the screw driver! We really loved the view, especially in the afternoon when it's already sunset. It feels like home. I would also like to commend Alexis, from the moment we booked the place until we left the property, he was always very accommodating. He's always checking on us and making sure we are having a great time. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who's staying in Paris.

The stay was amazing! I did the early check-in, and they allowed me to when I arrived because there were many empty rooms at that time. The room itself was very comfortable and spotless. I loved the shared spaces close to the reception where there is an unlimited snack area if you are working there. Recommended!
