The location was perfect. Just a few minutes to the train station. There were direction arrows all the way from the station pointing you to the property. The room had everything especially for those who like to prepare their own meals. There were food spots all around so one had many choices. The staff were very polite and helpful, very smooth checkin and checkout.

The hotel features an indoor pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and room service. Absolutely amazing hotel. Full stop. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and this one, in terms of the room in particular, matches or exceeds them all. As others have noted, the Art’otel team seem to have though of every little detail in order to make you stay as high quality as possible. The breakfast is worth a special mention. It’s simply amazing quality. It’s not a buffet, but the three courses will set you up exceptionally well for the day. Location is also excellent — it’s only a brief 5-minute walk to Old Street station, which will whisk you into central London in a couple of stops. Alternatively, you can take a longer but enjoyable walk down to Liverpool Street station and jump on there, or carry on walking and take yourself into the City. I could write a lot more about all the little details that make this hotel so impressive, but will stop here and simply urge you to come and see for yourself. You won’t regret it!

Food menu was limited but everything we ate was delicious. The rooms were smart, clean and comfortable. The real shining star of the trip was the hotel Staff. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. It was our first stay at the Halyard and we can’t wait to return.

The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Cabot Circus. There was nothing that I didn't like. The staff are very friendly. The facilities are great and accomodation very comfortable.
