The property is 600 metres from Edinburgh Waverley station, and within 700 metres of the city centre. Location was perfect around the corner from waverly station.. room was more a city center studio loft with attention to detail that went above and beyond. (Cue beer fridge in the shower!) It even had a dishwasher in the little kitchen.. we wanted to move in! The roof terrace bar is world.class, everything is new and very modern.. but of a break from the period places which i sought out for this trip. Very very cool find, have been recommending to all who lill listen !

The property is beautifully designed in an elegant Scottish style that makes you feel like you’re staying in a small castle — a perfect blend of charm and understated luxury. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Although the room was not very large, it was thoughtfully furnished, cozy, and had everything we needed. I particularly appreciated the small touches — like the daily treats, cookies, and coffee provided in the room. These little details made the whole experience feel extra special and warm. I would also like to highlight the breakfast — the atmosphere was simply wonderful. The dining room was stunning, the service excellent, and the food both delicious and beautifully presented. There was a nice selection to choose from, and it truly felt like a luxurious start to the day — the perfect way to begin exploring Edinburgh.

First opened in 1902, The Balmoral now offers rooms with a spacious marble bathroom and an interactive TV. Many rooms have views towards Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town. We spent four nights here over Christmas, as a family that travels a lot, this was a stay that really stood out. The staff went the extra mile and the attention to detail was unparalleled. From a little robe and slippers for our daughter. Milk and cookies every evening. One detail that I’ve never had before, was our charing cables next to the bed were neatly tied every night. The staff were all tremendous, if there was an option for a 6th star ⭐️ that would’ve been well deserved.

Edinburgh is super walkable, and it's only about 15 minutes to the Royal Mile from the flat, which is awesome! The apartment is spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows are really comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and Jeneanne left us the perfect welcome pack. The area is quiet, surrounded by shops and places to eat. The flat is peaceful, and even though it's on the ground floor, it has access to a beautiful, light-filled garden. I 100% recommend this flat for your visit to Edinburgh. The property is 500 metres from the city centre and 500 metres from Edinburgh Castle. One Of the best. The location is perfect, near wonderful restaurants, parks and for just playing walking. All of the furniture appeared brand new and expensive more importantly, it was very comfortable. If we get back to Edinburgh, this is the place I would want to stay and I will recommend it to friends.
