Great property. We had the double with super spacious bathroom which was perfect for leaving the dog when his ego needed a rest.

I would bet money that this is the most luxurious hotel in Pembrokeshire, perhaps the whole of Wales, west of Cardiff. The staff were GENUINELY interested and attentive. At check out, we were personally asked 'what is one thing we could have done to make the stay better' instead of the usual 'everything ok?' which you know the person does not want a real answer for. Immediately after here, we stayed at an equivalent hotel in North Wales and had terrible service. Fiona at reception and the two ladies at breakfast in particular delivered excellent service at all times. Dinner: I was surprised to see the bill for dinner. They could charge 25% more than they do. It felt underpriced for what it was. Breakfast: i prefer my breakfast low-brow with beans so at first I was hesitant, but the quality of every ingredient was off the scale. Incredible. Small thing, but we have stayed in LOTS of hotels recently and this was the only one in Wales which actually had UMRELLAS for guests.

We were able to come and go as we pleased, felt comfortable, also had privacy. Ann was very welcoming and approachable. Ann has 3 dogs and they are so friendly. We liked the location, 5 minute walk and you are in centre of Saundersfoot.

Close to St David's Cathedral, St Davids Art House is located in St. Davids and has a sauna and garden.
