The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. Almost everything I wanted to explore was within a 15–20 minute walk, which made my stay super convenient. The surrounding vibe was lively yet charming, with historic streets and attractions all around. I really appreciated how easy it was to get around without needing transport.

Small and family hotel near the main road to the Scotland highland. Room was cute with shower and WC. In hotel was also collectively kitchen with everything what you need to prepare food. Very close was restaurant. Perfect view on Clyde River and Erskine Bridge. Self working check in and check out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Unique hotel with a creative ideas - - brewery within the hotel and great beer selection in each room and shower! Dog friendly, ecology friendly, people friendly! Boutigue design. Great room, clean, spacious and comfortable The hotel has a nice architecture / internal design Spa is great: very nice pool outside, with jacuzzi / saunas. Gym area has everything needed and is open 24/7 The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I recommend to do some activities at the country club. We spent an afternoon doing fishing and shooting which was really good fun. The restaurant is really great, vary tasty food and smooth service. Really amazing stay!!

Everything in here was just perfect. We spent one week in Scotland and this was our favourite stay. The room was very chick and clean, we loved it. Breakfast was delicious, we got a chance to order our omelette. Highly recommended!

There was a problem with the window - draft and with street noise prominent the first night. mentioned in passing to one of the hotel's service engineers. Window fixed while I had breakfast. Breakfast very good with very friendly and helpful staff. Room fitted for guests that are motion impaired.

What a lovely property. The studio was spacious and well lit. It was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. The private garden was the highlight. Also, although a bit further from the city, which shouldn’t be a problem even if you don’t have a car since cabs are easily available, it was right across the road from the loch. The farm right outside the cottages was lovely. Peaceful location.
