We were taken aback by how cool and nicke the hotel was. From we stepped in the door till we left we felt welcome and well treated. Miko (?) wo greeted us was super friendly, and even joined us for a chat at dinner. Very friendly and including.

Basically everything! Pleasantly, we were upgraded upon arrival to a wonderful, spacious, light and comfortable room. Staff were very attentive, showed us through the hotel’s lovely facilities and booked us into the restaurant where we had an amazing evening meal. Bed was heavenly comfortable where we slept peacefully followed by an exceptional breakfast. The grounds and spa facilities also excellent. A truly luxurious stay!!

Everything! It just would have been nice to be next door to my friend (and travel buddy) given how far in advance we booked. It would have made it feel less like a hotel booking for us. Still, we loved our rooms and facilities and proximity to everything in the Merchant City.
