It is a brandnew hotel that is very tastefully decorated and in keeping with the natural surroundings. There is a great energy to the hotel and every space is inviting and comfortable. The swim-up suites are definitely great, but even the other rooms are nice and the pool loungers (around main pool) are out of this world. You don’t even need any shoes to wall through the dunes to the beach. The welcome by the charming owner was very warm indeed.

The apartment was great fit for me and my friends. The host, Mr. Panagiotis, and his mother were great and very helpful to us. We were provided snacks in the kitchen, the AC was working well and the apartment was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is beautifully and lovingly furnished, everything is new and thoughtfully arranged. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and everything in it is top quality. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are excellent as well. The owners have taken extra care in making this property a home away from home. WiFi is excellent and all the furnishings are good quality. The balcony is huge and wraps around the property. The AC works great and the overall decoration is very modern. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

House is new, furniture are new, very new that even the price tags are still on them :) Host is very friendly woman, she offered cold water and apple juice for our son. Location is very close to city center, we have rented a car and drove there, there is a little bit of slope and bumps along the way but easy to navigate and park.

The apartment is excellent, located in a new building. From the balcony, you get a partial sea view along with a beautiful landscape. The kitchen is very well equipped, and I especially appreciated the many small amenities that are often missing elsewhere, such as salt, kitchen bags, soap, kitchen foil, and even mosquito repellent. The owner was also very helpful and responsive in communication.

What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it
