The pool itself also was amazing to enjoy after a long day of walking. I am very happy with my stay there and if I would ever visit Santorini again, I will definitely come back to this hotel. Service was excellent and Anastasia was fantastic and such a help with everything. I would highly recommend! I have nothing but praise for the staff and the amenities.

Great communication, welcoming snacks, fruits and drinks. Blew away our expectations from the time she met us at our drop off point until we left. Room is super cute with wonderful views.

Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot tub. Rooms are fitted with a balcony with sea views and free WiFi. Joanna and Xenia were excellent hosts- they went above and beyond to help us with information and organise tours and transfers. We also got an upgrade, which was heavenly. The accommodation is beautiful and a perfect spot to watch the sunrise. It was clean and very luxurious - the beds and pillows were comfortable, the jacuzzi and pool were great too. It's not far from the supermarket, bus stop or main town of imerovigli. We would happily come back in the future.

Elements cave suites was the best part of our trip, it exceeded our expectations in terms of service and hospitality by the amazing host Vasia who went above and beyond to accommodate us after encountering a glitch in the booking.com system. She did everything to rectify the matter and for that we are very grateful and cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was impeccable, the property is a hidden gem in the beautiful village of Megalochori,so well maintained and has such a wonderful feel. We were away from the hustle and busy streets and enjoyed the charm of this place. I would highly recommend staying in Megalochori especially with kids, when visiting Santorini and definitely at Elements cave suites. Definitely a 10/10, thank you Vasia for being amazing we will surely be back again !
